Kaitlin Jacobson

Kaitlin Jacobson is a litigation assistant with Girard Gibbs specializing in complex financial analysis. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University in 2009 where she received a B.A. in History with a concentration in the history of medicine, science and technology and was named a member of the Phi Beta Kappa national honors society. While at Duke, she was one of the first recipients of a DukeEngage grant which afforded her the opportunity to travel to rural Poland and develop and implement an English language class curriculum. As an undergraduate, she also pursued advanced Russian language studies at Saint Petersburg State University in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Prior to her employment with Girard Gibbs, she was a Proxy Research Analyst at Glass, Lewis & Co., where she analyzed financial filings and provided voting recommendations to institutional investors for annual shareholder meetings.
