Dylan Hughes is a partner with Girard Gibbs LLP. He represents women who suffered serious side effects and complications after taking Yaz, Yasmin, or Ocella, and individuals who contracted bladder cancer while taking the diabetes drug Actos.

 

In the past, Mr. Hughes represented clients in a number of high profile mass tort cases alleging injuries caused by defective drugs and faulty medical devices. Some of his representative cases include lawsuits against the manufacturers of the drug Zyprexa and Medtronic Defibrillators. 

 

In addition to his work in mass tort cases, Mr. Hughes has prosecuted a variety of complex class actions against large corporations on behalf of consumers and employees in state and federal courts throughout the country.
