For over twenty years, A. J. De Bartolomeo has litigated class action lawsuits. She has represented consumers in several prominent cases, including the In re MCI Non-Subscriber Rates Litigation, achieving a $100 million recovery for consumers.
A. J. has valuable experience in the collection of class action recoveries and claims administration in bankruptcy proceedings, achieving substantial recoveries for consumers even after defendant companies had fallen into bankruptcy. She has been invited on numerous occasions to speak on consumer class action matters and was a featured speaker at the Women’s Leadership Summit at the AAJ Annual Convention in Vancouver in July 2010.
A. J. is also a member of the American Bar Association Section on Litigation, the Women's Caucus of the American Association for Justice, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and Consumer Attorneys of California.
Dylan is a partner at Girard Gibbs LLP, and for years has dedicated his efforts to protecting consumers against violations of their legal rights. Over the years, Dylan has skillfully prosecuted a wide variety of class action cases, including claims involving auto defects, financial fraud, internet fraud, billing fraud, and more.

Since graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, Geoff Munroe has successfully prosecuted several high-profile consumer protection class action matters involving complex issues in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He was selected in 2010 and 2011 as a Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers, recognizing him as one of the best young attorneys practicing in Northern California.
In addition to his litigation work, Geoff is a member of the Public Justice Class Action Preservation Project Committee, the Class Action Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He also has published articles on a variety of class action issues, and regularly contributes to the Class Action Litigation Group Newsletter of the American Association for Justice.
David is a 2007 graduate of the Emory University School of Law. Before joining Girard Gibbs, David served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Keith Starrett, United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and to Magistrate Judge Karen L. Hayes, United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
Amy Zeman is a 2010 graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she was a member of the Thurston Society and served on the Hastings Law Journal. Ms. Zeman was a spring 2010 extern for the Honorable Marilyn Hall Patel of the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
Scott is a 2011 graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he was the Chair of the Moot Court Board and the Executive Editor of the UC Davis Journal of International Law and Policy. Scott was the recipient of the Witkin Award for Legal Research and Writing, Best Brief and Best Advocate awards in his moot court class, and numerous awards at national moot court competitions. He was also a member of the Law School’s national mock trial team and the law school faculty named him as a member of the Order of the Barristers.
