Geoffrey A. Munroe is a 2003 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts, Business Law & Policy and Computer Law. In addition, he served as a member of the submissions team for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal (2000-01) and was involved in Moot Court and Appellate Advocacy. He received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000. Before joining Girard Gibbs, Mr. Munroe was an associate with Samuel E. Goldstein & Associates from 2003 to 2007, where he handled a variety of complex litigation and appellate matters, including commercial law, real property and lender-related disputes. He is admitted to the California Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
