Eric Gibbs is a partner at Girard Gibbs LLP. He represents clients throughout the country who have been injured as a result of defective drugs and faulty medical devices.  

A. J. De Bartolomeo is a partner at Girard Gibbs LLP. She has more than 20 years of experience in complex litigation, including representation of clients throughout the country who have been injured as a result of defective drugs and faulty medical devices.

Mike Danko is a trial attorney with more than 25 years of legal experience, including significant experience representing the victims and families of victims of catastrophic personal injuries.

Dylan Hughes is a partner with Girard Gibbs LLP. He represents individuals who contracted bladder cancer while taking the diabetes drug Actos and women who suffered serious side effects and complications after taking Yaz, Yasmin, or Ocella.

Kristine Meredith is a partner at the Danko Law Firm. She represents victims of defective medications, among other serious injuries. She was recently named a Northern California Super Lawyer. 

Claire Choo is an attorney at Girard Gibbs LLP.  She represents plaintiffs in complex litigation cases against manufacturers of defective drugs and medical products.  She has represented women who suffered serious injuries including stroke, blood clots, and heart attacks from taking Yaz, Yasmin and Ocella birth control pills.  She is currently representing clients who suffered injuries, including bladder cancer, after taking the diabetes drug Actos and investigating reports from women who have suffered serious injuries and complications after receiving a transvaginal mesh implant.

Prior to joining Girard Gibbs LLP, Ms. Choo litigated bad faith insurance actions.  She also served as an extern for Justice Kennard of the California Supreme Court and clerked for the San Francisco District Attorney’s office.

Alex Jones  is a litigation assistant at Girard Gibbs working directly with clients and assisting attorneys in the Actos litigation and other medical mass tort cases. She works with numerous clients who have suffered injuries after using Actos, a drug used to treat type 2 diabetes. In addition to the Actos cases, Ms. Jones assists attorneys in the lawsuits against the manufacturers of Yaz and Yasmin birth control medications and surgical mesh products.  She graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010 with a B.A. in political science. She has an interest in pursuing a degree in law in the future.
