Unauthorized Charges
Defending consumers against unauthorized charges
Girard Gibbs LLP represents consumers across the country victimized by unauthorized charges on their cell phone, cable, credit card, and other bills and accounts. Unauthorized charges can add up significantly for consumers, while the companies that engage in this billing fraud can reap tremendous profits. Fortunately, there are multiple remedies under the law for consumers to hold these businesses accountable.
Girard Gibbs' attorneys represent consumers in class action lawsuits to enforce these consumer protection laws and stop unauthorized charges, while returning millions of dollars to affected consumers.

The Court granted approval to a $105 million cash settlement, one of the largest all-cash settlements ever on behalf of credit card holders for unfair marketing and billing practices.
AT&T Unauthorized Charges Class Action Lawsuit
